Jack talks to Alex Povey of Coaching Ignited podcast on the shifts the industry is going through, who will survive and why and what it will take to bring people back into gyms.
The conversation provides some interesting contrasts between the fitness scene in the UK and Thailand.

Today, I’m happy to welcome a guest from my home country, Alex Povey of the Coaching Ignited podcast.
Alex runs Coaching Ignited, which helps personal trainers take their game to the next level on the business side – so sales, marketing, branding – which, let’s be honest, most coaches don’t do well.Alex also runs the Coaching Ignited podcast which I stumbled across a few months ago and really enjoyed, so check it out.
I particularly enjoyed today’s podcast as it was very much a back and forth chat about the seismic shifts that are happening in our industry now and it was interesting for me, as a gym owner, to find out what it would take for Alex, a gym customer, to get back into the gym.
I’m sure you’ll enjoy today’s chat as much as I did and if you do – don’t forget to share it with a friend in the industry who’s struggling and needs some guidance on what to do. I’m sure it will help.
Here is my conversation with Alex Povey for the Coaching Ignited podcast
Thanks to Alex for the opportunity and for sharing his thoughts.
