Today is part 2 of our interview with Brad Robinson, CEO of Ritual out of Singapore.
If you haven’t heard part 1 I highly recommend going back to episode 90 – in that episode we discussed how Brad and his co-founder Ian built the Ritual Brand and created an offering that was world class.
In that episode we also dug into franchising and how Brad and Ritual responded to someone blatantly ripping our their brand and concept.
In this episode, we discuss how Ritual has tackled Covid-19 and everything that it’s brought – forced closures, a changed fitness landscape and in Brad’s case, how they’ve been supporting franchisees.
Ritual have just launched Ritual Anywhere – their new app – and Brad says in today’s podcast that it has the potential to be even bigger than the bricks and mortar business.
I love how his value and philosophy of making everything world-class, and it’s something he has certainly done with the app. There’s a lot of rushed solutions being put out there in the market and so it’s good to see that Brad and the Ritual team stuck to this core value.
