Welcome to the Fitness Business Asia podcast. I am the host of the show, Jack Thomas, and today we are welcoming some very special guests to the podcast from the Mind Muscle Project. Lach and Raph have been running their podcast for around 5 years now and it’s become hugely popular… they’re about 400 shows in and I think around a year ago they added a fitness business segment to their show called ITB.
I was interviewed for their podcast on how we won Asia’s Gym of the Year and the fitness scene in this region and since then I’ve been an avid listener of their show. They run a few gyms in Sydney so their insights are from first hand experience, which I think is important, and they’ve also interviewed hundreds of fitness industry leaders which I think has helped them gain a really solid insight into what’s going on.
I strongly recommend checking out their podcast and you can go to the episode notes for links, and they also have put out some free guides on sales, meetings, financials which you can find at mindmuscleproject.com/free.
I really enjoyed our interview, they’re good fun to chat to and have a really good perspective on the industry and what’s going on, I could definitely relate to a lot of what they said and I’m sure you’ll get a lot from it too.
Without further ado, here are Lock and Raph from the Mind Muscle Project…
That wraps up our chat with Lock and Raph from the Mind Muscle Project. Today’s podcast was a little longer than usual but I’m sure you’ll agree it was worth the extra time.
If you gained something from today’s episode all that we ask is that you share it with one person. Our mission is to raise the standards of the fitness industry in Asia, Lock and Raph has kindly given their time to help with this so if you could share the love, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for tuning in, have a great week ahead and we’ll catch you next Monday on the Fitness Business Asia podcast.
