Welcome to the FBA podcast. My name is Jack Thomas, I’m the host of the show.
In today’s episode we are talking to Tracy Minnoch-Muku who is a co-founder of FIRE in Malaysia and is an ambassador for WIFA, which is the women in fitness association.
We had a great chat back at the FIT Summit in Singapore earlier this year and during this time I also interviewed Rich Hutson who is also part of FIRE. For that episode you can go back to episodes 30 and 31, there are some real gems in there on the Asia market and selling.
Tracy knows this industry very well, she’s created something special in FIRE and I love her approach to recruitment and culture, all of which we cover in our chat.
Before we kick off, if you’d like to support the podcast I would be very appreciative! There is an easy way to do this which is to simply recommend the podcast to one friend in the industry. If you enjoyed the podcast, if you’ve learned something from it, please tell a friend and help us spread this movement.
This is part 1 of my talk with Tracy, part 2 is coming next week and I kicked off the interview by asking Tracy about her journey into the fitness industry…
